This site is a property advertising service from eboosting.co.uk which is owned by Turkswood Ltd, established in 1980 on the 9th of December with the company registration number of 1533330.

 

Why should i use this site over any other property site?

Our sole aim is to provide you with a property advertising service to help you achieve a fast sale.  We do this by promoting our site and your property advert in all search engines via search engine optimisation and paid advertising on major networks.  All our advertising monies are solely spent attracting people who are interested in UK property nothing more nothing less.  Hence when a visitor visits our site they are either wanting to buy or sell property.

 

Are there any other fees involved other than the one off fee?

NO, Your property will be listed until sold.

 

How does buying-property-spain.net know when a property is sold?

We provide you with a link that removes your property advert which we ask you to keep safe and click once you have exchanged contracts.

 

We also email you on a monthly basis asking if your property is still for sale, if we do not get a response after 2 months we do not show your advert on our system, but keep it in our database, just in case, after 6 months we delete it if we have had no contact. 

 

Can i change my advert once it has been paid for?

You can change your advert by contacting our support team at support@buying-property-spain.net. You cannot change the property to another property,

 

How long will my advert be shown for?

Until sold, the hosting of the site has been paid for the next 20 years and we will renew that when the time comes for another 20 years.

 

I dont have a credit or debit card how can i pay for an advert?

You can either send a cheque made payable to Turkswood Ltd and posted to Peatling Lodge, Bruntingthorpe Road, Peatling Parva, Lutterworth, LE17 5RB. email us at support@buying-property-spain.net  if you wish to pay by bank transfer.
